An eye for detail, a passion for perfection
Lulalupin is the brainchild of Lucienne Strong. She has been making and creating since childhood. First drawn to using textiles while studying at Stafford Art College, she then studied for a degree in Dance and Visual Practice at the University of Brighton before returning to her beloved textiles.
With Lulalupin, Lucienne wanted to provide unique quality handmade pieces, harking back to a time when keepsakes were more prevalent and importance was attached more to the art of the craft itself. Lucienne knew that making something precious imbued with love and care rather than just another identical piece off the production line was vital in today’s throwaway culture.
She lives in Brighton with her husband and 3 cats.
